Here’s the package of the very first S.H.Figuarts TECH-ON AVENGERS figure, Iron Man. The eye-catching art evokes the stylish look of the comic book illustrations.

The biggest features of the S.H.Figuarts TECH-ON AVENGERS series are:
・Totally new hero designs by the manga artist Eiichi Shimizu
・The ability to power up into DH-10 mode using external add-on parts!
You can see the difference between the normal mode (left) and the DH-10 mode (right) at a glance. The use of diecast metal for joints and feet allows for stable posability and a satisfying sense of weight.

The DH-10 mode consists of the giant booster unit plus additional face, shoulder, chest, and leg parts. Note how the powerful-looking DH-10 mode utilizes metallic paints to accentuate the quality and weight of the figure.

The figure captures not only the DH-10 feature, but also Iron Man’s trademark poses. Excellent articulation lets you put the figure in the classic fist-and-one-knee landing pose, with fist, knee, left sole and right boot-tip making natural contact with the ground.
Know-how from the METAL BUILD series allows the figure to fuse a faithful mechanical exterior with natural human range of motion, for capturing all sorts of dynamic poses.

Repulsor effects can be attached to both hands and both feet, and you can support flying poses with the included support rod and stand, which features the series logo. As the figure weighs more than the usual S.H.Figuarts release, the stand is based on the Tamashii STAGE ACT MECHANICS base, previously used for robot characters. It lets you capture angled, action-packed flying poses.

The DH-10 mode shines for in-flight action poses! Repulsor and booster effects amp up the excitement.

A firing effect for the DH-10 mode’s arm cannon is included as well. With a total of 7 effect parts, you can re-create all sorts of battle scenes. The spectacular detail, sculpting, and overall beautiful design of the figure really need to be seen in person to be believed.

The second release in the S.H.Figuarts TECH-ON AVENGERS series is Captain America! Currently under development, it’s brings an all-new TECH-ON AVENGERS style to Cap, with some new features that might surprise! Stay tuned for more info next time.
